Directions: Pour 2 quarts (~2L) just-boiled water over the herbs in a wide bowl. Stir briefly to incorporate the herbs, taking care to ensure none remain completely dry. Cover immediately with clean towel or lid. Let steep for 5-10 minutes while the water cools. When the water has cooled to a comfortable steaming temperature, sit in front of the bowl and place a towel over your head to create a tent. Breathe deeply while steaming.
